In 2004, the IADD began offering IADD Chapters the Chapter Officer Leadership
Training Program. The program is designed to offer incoming and returning
Chapter officers a solid foundation of Chapter management skills that will
enable them to run their Chapters effectively. Chapter’s will be contacted
by the IADD Office regarding scheduling their training.
A second “level” of Chapter Officer Leadership trainings is being
planned for the near future based on specific needs of individual Chapters.
