Cancellation policy: Registrants who are unable to attend the Midyear Leadership Conference will receive a refund less a $40 administrative fee if a written cancellation request is received by March 18, 2004. Refunds cannot be granted after the cutoff date, but substitutions are acceptable until the date of the event.
