Professional Bio

Jenny provides executive management, substantive guidance, support and direction to the IADD leadership. She has overall responsibility for all aspects of the Association and assists in identifying substantive issues and stimulating and encouraging projects and activities that benefit its members and the industry. Jenny reinforces the IADD’s commitment to its members, prospective members and the industry by maximizing the value of IADD membership. She implements membership and program strategies and international initiatives; manages the support staff; and oversees creation of content by the Technical Services Committee and others.

Before joining the IADD in 2011, Jenny developed a variety of experience and skills, including project management, desktop publishing, database management, research, website maintenance, conference planning, relationship management and administrative. She previously held information specialist, senior executive assistant, event coordinator and database consultant roles, including assisting the Attorney General of a sovereign nation with everything from complex projects to daily workflow.

She has a B.A. in Painting (with courses in Graphic Design and Computer Graphics) from Bowling Green State University.

Jenny enjoys gardening, reading, cooking and hiking with her family. Since 2004, she's backpacked over 5,000 miles (8,046 km) on long distance hiking trails.
