Don’t miss the chance to connect with friends and industry colleagues! To meet the changing needs of our membership and industry, IADD's Annual Meeting continues to evolve! Traditionally held every fall as an in-person event, the IADD Board has moved the Business Meeting portion - where association updates and the leadership nominating process occurs - to an online meeting format so that all members may access. 

We know members also want an in-person option! Building on our popular Member Party at Odyssey Expo 2025, IADD will host a member gathering with awards near Greensboro, NC, USA.

Join the online IADD Annual Business Meeting and the Rocky Mountain Online/Central Big 6 Chapters for an informative and timely presentation of "Navigating International Waters."

Once per year, IADD members join together at the Annual Business Meeting to:

  • Hear State of the Association updates from leaders
  • Nominate Officers and Directors
  • Recognize volunteers and awardees

Enjoy the Camaraderie at the Golf Outing

9:00 am-4:00 pm, Jamestown Park Golf Course, High Point, NC, USA
Stay and play in the 18th Annual South Chapter Golf Outing! Get outside and enjoy a round of golf with friends and industry colleagues! Lunch will be served as you finish your rounds. Once all score cards are turned in, the awards will be presented, with prizes for the winning team, closest to the pin, longest drive and more.

FAQ?

  1. Do I have to register for all events?
    To meet the needs of our members, we are offering both in-person and online opportunities. Registration is flexible and allows you to choose the events you want to participate in. Only want to attend the member party? No problem, during registration you will have the option to select the tickets that best fit your schedule!

  2. Is there a recommended hotel?

    IADD does not have a hotel room block for the meeting. A local hotel that other IADD members will be staying at is the Four Points by Sheraton Greensboro Airport. 

  3. I'm not a member. Can I participate?

    Absolutely! We encourage you to attend the online program "Navigating International Waters," the Member Party and the Golf Outing to learn more about the Association and see what it's all about. The IADD Annual Business meeting is reserved for IADD members.
