New Hire Orientation series:

Our industry is experiencing a common trend in manufacturing – many of our most knowledgeable and experienced workers are retiring or approaching retirement and many of our member companies are finding it difficult to attract and train new employees from younger generations.

In this series, we plan to provide a series of orientation modules to introduce new employees and prospective employees to the basic ins and outs of the diemaking and diecutting industry. Curious applicants and new hires can attend/watch the whole series, or pick and choose from modules tailored for our industry, covering a wide range of topics covering safety, terminology, knowledge base, manufacturing processes and more.
