Richard Pallante is President of Baumer hhs USA and Canada. Through his 40 plus years of experience in selling and marketing adhesives and adhesive dispensing solutions, he’s seen how the market has changed and how sustainability is driving it to a new future.
Richard has spent his career helping internal and external customers reach their adhesive-related goals. His philosophy is to provide the necessary tools for his team to be successful and be there to guide and mentor as needed. People are doers and not implementors.
He was educated at the University of Dayton with a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering and further at Georgia State University with a master’s in business administration. He’s had the benefit of working in production, engineering, marketing, product line management and sales allowing him a unique view of customer’s adhesive related needs.
Richard splits his time between the corporate office in Dayton, Ohio, and his home office, family and dog Tallulah in suburban Atlanta, Georgia. He enjoys his time in both locations, but could do without the monthly drive up and down I-75.
