Professional Bio

Cassi insures recruitment, engagement and retention of valued IADD members by implementing member campaigns, communications and surveys. She formats and assists with preparation of The Cutting Edge magazine and is also responsible for Membership Subcommittees, the Safety Awards program, E-News letters and the online store.

With a background that includes membership and administrative support, always with a focus on excellent customer service, Cassi has worn many different hats and been flexible and productive in all of her responsibilities. Most recently, Cassi was a daycare teacher who assisted with office administration as the main liaison between staff and parents. She also has two years’ experience working within the membership department of her university’s recreation and fitness center as the Building Manager and Membership Coordinator. During her time as a nanny, she managed households and handled perhaps the toughest type of motivation and support: convincing toddlers to put on their shoes. Cassi has her Associates in Applied Science: Administrative Professional degree from the College of Lake County in Illinois.

Cassi loves being outside, especially around the water! She spends most of the summer in her pool, at the lake riding jet skis and paddle boarding or at amusement parks riding roller coasters. Cassi enjoys crafting, cooking, playing board and computer games as well as spending time with family and friends.
