How long have you been in the industry?
Almost my whole life. My parents founded our business in 1990, and I have been always linked to it. Officially ended my studies and joint full time the company in 2004.
How did you get involved with IADD?
I went to an Odyssey my first time in Nashville in 2013 and I really enjoyed the show. After that we decided to join the IADD as a member and have been really satisfied about the resources and the high dynamism of the Association.
What is your current role?
Currently, I serve as a Global Ambassador connecting and speaking with others that speak Spanish.
What motivates you to give back to the industry?
I have found really good colleagues in the industry who have supported me and Plecamer over the years. Now, I would like to give back a little bit of it to others.
What do you like to do in your free time?
Enjoying time with family and friends. Traveling and practicing outdoor sports like snowboarding, mountain biking and paddle.
