Volunteer Spotlight - Ronniel Martinez

Volunteer News,

Ronniel Martinez, Supreme Steel Rule Dies

How long have you been working in the industry?

I am a mechanical engineer with a background in machine design, but I’ve been involved in the die-making and packaging industry for approximately 6 years. I’ve been running Supreme Steel Rule Dies for the past 3 years.

Why did you get involved with IADD?

I joined the IADD to connect with others who are passionate about innovation and quality in diemaking and packaging. The community and resources have been invaluable to my learning.

What is your current role?

Currently, I serve as an IADD volunteer and active member, supporting initiatives that strengthen technical knowledge and industry connections as part of the education committee.

What motivates you to give back to the industry?

I’m driven to give back because I’ve seen firsthand how mentorship, shared knowledge, and collaboration can help small businesses like mine thrive. I want to help others the way the industry has helped me.

What do you like to do in your free time?

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring new technology, and working on mechanical projects. I spend a lot of time learning, there’s always something new to discover.
